When it comes to gilt dialed watches it is all about the dial condition...the luminous material has a habit of imploding ..the lacquer coat tends to crack and fade and generally they loose the battle with age, so what you want to find is one like this !!!

With a beautiful untouched original dial showing a mirror like lacquer coat...full bulbous original tritium plots like they only made them in the 60's...nicely matching tritium hands ...and hey if it happens to have a super domed crystal..the original twin lock crown and a nice case then so much the better !!

40mm stainless steel... serial number clear and readable. marked 1.65 inside the case back.

Stunning non chapter ring, crisp gilt dial.
