5513 Pre-Comex Submariner with punched papers

one of the nicest 5513's i have had the pleasure of owning , the watch has just returned form a full service at the Rolex Service centre (approx $1100) and comes with the benefit of its full 2 year international warranty.

The un marked dial and matching hands are as good as you could hope for, and are complemented by the fat even case that now displays a sharp factory chamfer to the case edges.

I can not stress how few punched papers 5513's you see, the vast majority are of course watch only, and a few have the hand written non chronometer short guarantee papers...and then VERY VERY few are sets like this with punched original papers. I see a watch of this calibre in this configuration once every couple of years if i am lucky.

Case

40mm stainless steel oyster case, all engravings clear and sharp. The fat and even case has been Rolex refinished to factory sharp.

Dial

'pre comex ' style original 5513 dial in excellent condition with a mid tone patina and the original matching tritium hands.

Bracelet

93150 oyster flip lock bracelet with 580 end links.
